Youth Ministries--"Detour!"

Our desire is that our youth ministries will be a tool to shake Fort Collins
for Christ by:
- Penetrating Junior High and Senior High student groups on their terms.
- Communicating the Gospel to them in meaningful ways.
- Equipping / preparing youth to live life on God's terms.
Our core values are Prayer, Evangelism, and devotion to the word of God.
- Prayer will surround each and every event we are involved with.
- We will love those around us unconditionally and before they
love us.
- We will show God's love the way Christ did and become a servant to all.
- Our students will be devoted to a personal evangelism plan.
- We will equip teens to make the right decision far in advance of the
situation.
- We will encourage teens to chase after righteousness--not just wait for it
to come.
Meeting times:
- Senior High Youth Group (Detour!) Sundays 6:30--8:00 p.m.
- Sunday School: Youth met in the Youth Trailer for
Sunday School (Detour) taught by John Coker and Andrew Webb. The
content is "slightly" lecture based, core knowledge oriented, with a typically
expositional focus and may require mild homework for student who are
interested.
- Junior High Youth Group (Detour!) Wednesday evenings 6:30--8:00 p.m. This group meets at
the Youth Trailer where John Coker and Andrew Webb provide a fun loving,
activity oriented, discussion based lesson that will be personally challenging
and typically topical.
